Blood pressure recipe-

Person with high level of blood pressure should limit the intake of salt. Because salt will raise your blood  pressure levels, so it is important to eat less salt. You can avoid blood pressure medication by must controlling your salt intake. Remember never to add salt on pre-cooked food or at the  table. The people with high blood pressure levels should check food labels and pick low-salt food items.

Try to avoid the tinned and frozen food items as they might have high level of salt, sugar or fats. Post MI, patients should try to include more of unsaturated fats in his diet as it do not increase the level of cholesterol, but reduces it.
